Trail Crew

We’re looking for more ‘Legends In The Making’ to join our awesome Trail Crew!


Do you love being outside, getting your hands dirty and getting up close and personal with nature?


As part of the Creative Lines Trail Crew, you will have the opportunity to work in some incredible locations and see some amazing natural wonders far and wide. Our head office is in Eden NSW, but we’re not shy to travel for work and enhance other incredible locations as well.


Our crews work really hard in what they do. Building incredible trail experiences for people from all walks of life to enjoy. But, our crews get to make the journey of transformation and put their imagination and skillsets to the task to personalise each and every trail we construct. A willingness for physical work, a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for nature is essential.


Experience in the trail industry is beneficial and preferred, however the right attitude with ability to learn and deliver the required outcomes will be highly considered,


On site hours are 7am - 4.30 pm, and average 152-160 hours per month. We pay overtime allowances and provide shortened days, inclement weather allowances, and WHS incentives.


You will use a lot of hand tools, power tools, winches, small and large machinery, 4WD’s, trucks and even helicopters to get our projects completed. Working predominantly with natural elements such as dirt, gravel, rock and stone. You will also prune and clear vegetation as well as transplant and regenerate areas. At times you may work with timber and composite materials. 

Machine operational opportunities are also available.

An average day will see you walk an average of 10km throughout the day. Our crew are fit, healthy and take out of life exactly what they put into it.


We pay our crews above award rates between $27.50 - $45.00 per hour depending on skills, quality, qualifications and above all the value that each member brings to the team. We also offer progression and industry related tickets and qualifications to the right people who excel in their career journey with us.

Coffee and Food Van

We're looking for interested people to operate our coffee and food van.

The preferred person/s will have a passion for quality coffee and good simple food/snacks.

Hours of opperation are negotiable but will require consistency across weekends and some holidays.

HONE Coffee & Food Van/RIDE Creativelines Bike Store Supervisor

We're looking for an energetic supervisor to assist in daily operations of our HONE Coffee & Food Van and RIDE Creativelines Bike Store .

The role will suit an enthusiastic, organised person with great leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

The position is for a supervisor, so we are looking for someone who is motivated, has supportive and encouraging leadership skills and can work well in a team environment. The successful applicant will work closely with both the management team and the RIDE and HONE staff members to ensure that all operations and daily tasks are being achieved and that our community and staff are being supported.

Our RIDE bike store consist of bike sales, hire and service, along with MTB accessory sales and good times!

Our HONE Coffee/Food van is quickly gaining reputation for quality coffee and good simple food using local ingredients. 

We pride ourselves on our customer relations and service find ourselves being an important part of not only the MTB community but the Eden community.

Duties and skills required for this role include, staff organisation and delegation of daily tasks, ordering produce and supplies for HONE, updating the menu based on local produce availability, supporting and training staff, ensuring tasks are completed, inventory control for RIDE (Square POS), liaising  with the social media team, stock take, working to a budget and recording any loss, liaising with MTB reps, communicating with other stakeholders, building positive relationships with other businesses and stakeholders, holding staff meetings, weekly and monthly communications with management, competent in computer literacy, adhering to WH&S. 

This role is a full-time position with some weekend shifts required. A passion for customer service is a must, bonus points for interest/experience in the MTB industry! Retail Assistant
