HONE Coffee & Food Van/RIDE Creativelines Bike Store Supervisor

We're looking for an energetic supervisor to assist in daily operations of our HONE Coffee & Food Van and RIDE Creativelines Bike Store .
The role will suit an enthusiastic, organised person with great leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
The position is for a supervisor, so we are looking for someone who is motivated, has supportive and encouraging leadership skills and can work well in a team environment. The successful applicant will work closely with both the management team and the RIDE and HONE staff members to ensure that all operations and daily tasks are being achieved and that our community and staff are being supported.
Our RIDE bike store consist of bike sales, hire and service, along with MTB accessory sales and good times!
Our HONE Coffee/Food van is quickly gaining reputation for quality coffee and good simple food using local ingredients.
We pride ourselves on our customer relations and service find ourselves being an important part of not only the MTB community but the Eden community.
Duties and skills required for this role include, staff organisation and delegation of daily tasks, ordering produce and supplies for HONE, updating the menu based on local produce availability, supporting and training staff, ensuring tasks are completed, inventory control for RIDE (Square POS), liaising with the social media team, stock take, working to a budget and recording any loss, liaising with MTB reps, communicating with other stakeholders, building positive relationships with other businesses and stakeholders, holding staff meetings, weekly and monthly communications with management, competent in computer literacy, adhering to WH&S.
This role is a full-time position with some weekend shifts required. A passion for customer service is a must, bonus points for interest/experience in the MTB industry!
